Employee Spotlight-Lilian Grenier   Prisoner# LG-DIV5 (kidding of course)

Lil has been with GWC for over 4 years now. She started with GWC on a 3 month term and she made such a good impression on everyone, they decided to keep her on.
Over this time she has built strong  relationships with our customers and continues to be an excellent resource.
Lil is a very positive person and brings us fresh bread all the time!
(webmasters note: The webmaster likes bread too...hint hint)

Great Employee’s…Milestones!

On January 6, 2009 Terry will have reached the 28
th year of his career with GWC. Terry is always willing to lend a hand to anyone and is always ready to do whatever it takes to get the job done. He also likes to smash pies into people’s faces on their b-days…Alanna knows all about this!

Congratulations on 28 years of service Terry!

Allen Forlanski or “Big Al” has been driving for GWC in Winnipeg for 23 years now. He started way back in 1985 and has been providing World Class service to all of our customers ever since. When not delivering to our customers he is helping out in our warehouse getting orders ready!

Well done Al!

nJohn “Grizzly Adams” Kramble celebrated 10 years with GWC back in October. John is one of our yard workers responsible for keeping the drums flowing into the building. Whether it’s summer or winter John is always cold! Just kidding of course!

Brad “Chi” Lamy is our Quality inspector and drum stacker. Brad has been with GWC for 4 years and is our resident UFC expert.

n

Pankaj Nanda will be celebrating his 1st year of service with GWC in January 2009. Pankaj is our warehouse lead and over this past year has become very proficient at his job and strives daily to meet the needs of our internal and external customers. He is always upbeat and positive and handles the demands of his job very well! We wish him many more successful years at GWC!

On the Lighter side........

Halloween 2008:

Lil as Cruella Deville and Jason as a Rubik's Cube

Notice the squares….not very even….I was obviously unprepared for this!!!

 Holiday Spirit........

As the holiday season is fast approaching we have signed up to donate some of our time on December 13th 2008 to the Siloam Mission which is a shelter in the Winnipeg Area. This is an opportunity for all of us to give back to the community and continue building our relationships as co-workers and friends.

We wish everyone a Happy Holiday Season and all the Very Best in 2009
