Jarvis Weinkauf Giving Back to the
Community
Jarvis Weinkauf , Lloydminster Division Steel Production
Supervisor, has been an Assistant Coach with the Holy Rosary Raiders Football
Team for the past three years.
This year proved to be the most successful for their squad
as they lost out at the league finals to the Lloydminster Barons Football Team.
They lost in the provincial semi finals against Ardrosan.
Jarvis enjoys giving his time to coach high school
football. He said it is rewarding when you see the hard work, dedication and fun
the young men have learning the game of football. Jarvis and the other coaches
will be attending a Football Convention in Las Vegas in February.

Staff BBQ
On October 23, 2008 at our Lloydminster Division a
staff BBQ was held. We surpassed one year accident free work place safety
with no lost time injuries. Larry Betker, our quality control and safety
advisor has done an excellent job of training, setting policies and
guidelines that are followed in each plant. Gary Thiessen awarded each staff
member with a gift of appreciation for their efforts. Congratulations to our
staff to “WORK HARD, WORK SMART, HAVE FUN”, one of our core values.
