The Economy
The start of the new fiscal year
was a great time for all of us to reflect on the past year and acknowledge all
the great accomplishments that the entire GWC Team realized in 2008. Everyone
worked together and played a key role in delivering amazing results that we can
all be proud of.
This same fiscal year also
announced a challenging economical year to come as the media reported troubled
economies in many sectors. Yes, it is true that there is a lot of uncertainty
out there so let’s not get discouraged and continue to work together as “Great
People” to deliver “Great Products” and “Great Service” to our valued customers
In these times of change, let’s
live by our Core Values that have made GWC successful over so many years.

This is also a great time to
reassess our existing financial processes to determine if there are areas of
opportunity. Some areas of focus during the next months to come are close
management of accounts receivables, maintain proper inventory levels, monitor
revenue on a regular basis, keep track of operations costs, and use sound
judgment on discretionary expenditures.
This message is not to
discourage anyone but to encourage everyone as we are all in this together.
Let’s all challenge ourselves to meet our targets and to have fun doing so.
