Great Western Containers has encouraged ‘participaction’ and education initiatives by employees with financial support. As time goes on, I’m hearing and seeing more evidence in our society of personal health issues which weigh heavily on this happiness goal. The relative success of a company in achieving its survival and growth objectives is very dependant upon the collective health and wisdom of its employees.
